Lori Decker, LVT: 
Lori is a licensed veterinary technician with a compassionate and assertive attitude.  Lori was born and raised Michigan, lived in South Carolina for 4 years, then moved to Las Vegas in December of 1993.  Lori started in veterinary medicine during her senior year of high school as a kennel attendant and worked her way to veterinary technician.  She attended the accelerated Veterinary Technician program at CCSN in 2000 and received her license in 2001.  She worked at a local veterinary hospital for 14 years before joining Haven.  Her family includes her spouse, Les, a son, Kyle, 2 dogs, Ellie and Sunny, and a cat named Walter.


Cindie Sweitzer, VA:
Cindie is a veterinary assistant and comes to us with a very diverse animal-work-related background.  Cindie was born and raised in San Diego California and graduated from Christian Heritage College in 2005 after receiving her B.S. degree in Biology and Kinesiology.  During college, she got a job as a kennel attendant in an animal hospital and worked her way up to veterinary technician.  She moved to Las Vegas in the summer of 2006 and worked at the Mirage Dolphin Habitat training dolphins.  In the fall of 2007, she left to train elephants in the Bay Area in California for a year.  Cindie enjoys both training and health care with all animal species.  She has 3 cats: Tarzan, Jane, and Tillie (all rescues), a chihuahua, Lexie, and a Pitbull, Lucie, that she recently rescued.  



Heather Oliver, Office Manager: 
Heather is dedicated to making sure you and your companion receive the best service in a timely manner. Heather was born and raised in western Oklahoma.  She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2001 after receiving her B.S. degree in Recreational Leadership. She has worked in many vocations to include butcher, fire watcher, hospitality, banking, real estate, HOA management, and optometry. She oversees our daily operations and is an essential part of Haven.  She has a cat named Jack and a bearded dragon named Lenny. 


Mandy Younts, Front Team Member:
Mandy comes from Texas.  She obtained her real estate license in the state of Texas.  She loves and cares for animals and wants to make sure the owners feel welcome.  Mandy wants to further her education in this field and aspires to become a veterinary technician.  She has two chihuahuas, Patches and Bandit, a dachsund named Diamond, and a cat called Sadie.
